No Refunds Once Work Begins

  • Once you place an order, our team jumps into action. That means refunds aren’t possible once work has started.
  • If you ordered by mistake and notify us within 1 hour, we can cancel and refund your order (provided we haven’t started).


Revisions Instead of Refunds

  • If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it! Most services come with one free revision within 7 days of delivery.
  • If you need additional changes, we’ll provide options at a fair price.


When a Refund is Possible
Refunds are rare, but we’ll issue one if:

  • We fail to deliver within the promised timeline (without prior communication about delays).
  • You paid for a service we can’t fulfill (unlikely, but we’re honest about what we can do).
